Refund policy

基本、商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返品・返金には応じません。
配送時の破損、商品に何らかの不具合がある場合は、5日以内にお問い合わせ下さい。
また簡単なサイズ調節は承ります。(天然石ブレス、マクラメブレス、シルバーワイヤーブレス等）
その際の送料はご負担頂きます。お気軽にお問い合わせ下さい。
できる限り対応させて頂きたく思いますが、出来かねる場合もございます。ご了承ください。

Refunds and Exchanges:
I will accept returns, as long as you follow these rules:

If your order is unshipped, I'll refund however I may charge the transaction fee. The shipping costs are not refunded.

You MUST contact me within 5 DAYS of receiving your item(s).

Items to be returned or exchanged must be sent back in ORIGINAL condition, with the original number of items. Items must be received by us within 3 weeks of from the date your package was delivered.

If something is damaged during transit - please contact me within 5 DAYS of receiving package with a photo of the damaged item.
